Some fans of telltale games and their episodic adventures believe that the second episode in the series has always been the weakest; It still can be quite entertaining for those who believe it, but not as funny as the other. Not usually placed a lot of stock in this opinion, but back to the future episode 2: certainly can get Tannen fits the description. It tells of a reasonably interesting history and there are some good ideas, but also made some significant errors. It is generally a decent addition to series fans need not worry too much.
